The working principle of ceramic valve core is to control the direction of liquid flow through the opening and closing of the valve core. When liquid enters the valve core from one side, the valve core will automatically close, preventing the liquid from flowing out from that direction. When the liquid enters the valve core from the other side, the valve core will automatically open, allowing the liquid to flow out smoothly.

The ceramic valve core of a one-way valve in a Water Jet Loom is usually installed on the water jet pipeline to control the direction and flow of the water jet. When the water jet loom requires water spraying operation, the liquid in the water spraying pipeline will be automatically opened by the valve core and sprayed onto the loom.
